Non-residential water prices
Non-residential properties are neither residential or commercial land – and include country lands (broad-acre farmland or shack sites located outside town boundaries.)
The 2020-21 water and sewerage prices for our non-residential customers are:
- $2.775 per kilolitre of water use (down from $3.413 in 2019-20)
- $67.85 minimum quarterly water supply charge (down from $75.40 in 2019-20)
- $72.70 minimum quarterly sewer charge (down from $80.80 in 2019-20) with property-based charges to apply above the minimum.
